What TEMO is

Digital marketplace and trust orchestration layer for verified physical commodities

What TEMO is not

TEMO Exchange is not a regulated securities or derivatives exchange and does not hold client money. Trades settle through licensed payment providers. Compliance controls are configuration, reviewed per launch jurisdiction.

TEMO does not hold, pool or transmit client money. Payment is arranged between counterparties through licensed providers.
A TEMO Trade ID is a platform credential issued after TEMO’s own onboarding checks. It is not a government licence and implies no regulatory endorsement.
A verified certificate means TEMO reviewed the document a seller supplied. The issuing laboratory, inspector or warehouse remains responsible for its contents.
TEMO does not take title to goods, act as principal in a trade, or guarantee performance by either counterparty.

Data protection

Company evidence and quality documents are stored in a private bucket and reachable only through short-lived signed links issued after an authorisation check. Access is recorded, including refusals. Production data is never copied into a development environment without anonymisation.
