Help

If your question is not here, quote the reference shown on the listing, order or organisation you are asking about — it is the fastest route to an answer.

Why can I not list anything yet?
Listing requires a verified organisation holding a TEMO Trade ID. Upload your company registration, tax and director evidence from your dashboard and submit for compliance review. A reviewer approves, rejects or asks for more, always with a reason you can read.
A listing shows no certificates. Should I be concerned?
It means no quality evidence has been verified for that lot. TEMO never shows a certificate it has not reviewed, and it never invents one to fill the space. Ask the seller for a grading certificate, laboratory report or warehouse receipt before committing.
What does reserving a lot commit me to?
A reservation holds quantity against the seller’s inventory ledger while you agree terms. It is not a purchase. If the reservation window passes without a confirmed order, the quantity returns to the market automatically.
Why is a listing marked DEMO?
A DEMO record is demonstration structure for platform walkthroughs. Its quantity, price and availability are illustrative, and no certificate, inspection result or payment confirmation exists behind it. Live supply is never labelled this way.
How do I check a counterparty is real?
Every verified participant has a TEMO Trade ID. Enter it on the verification page, or scan the QR on their credential. The page shows credential status, organisation name, country and marketplace activity — and nothing that would let someone impersonate them.
Who can open my documents?
Your own organisation and the TEMO platform team. Beyond that, only certificates TEMO has verified, on listings that are published, and only to signed-in participants. Every link is short-lived, and both access and refusals are written to the audit trail.
Can anyone change a trade status directly?
No. Status transitions are declared on the server with the roles permitted to trigger each one. Nothing running in a browser can mark a lot sold or a payment confirmed; payment confirmation only arrives from the licensed provider over a server-to-server callback.
